We host open workouts and running opportunities for any athlete starting after the Outdoor Track postseason is done in May thru the start of Cross Country season in August. These sessions are open to any athlete that wishes to do some conditioning work over the summer, but are geared for long distance runners.
A true Distance Runner knows that you need to keep your base up during the competition break between the end of Cross Country and the start of Outdoor Track. This takes dedication and will power keep on running when your less dedicated teammates have stopped.
