Spectators

PARKING

All cars will enter in the NORTH LOT off Sardis Road and snake around to the front of the school to where you will pay your entry fee of $10 per car. We will accept CASH or prepaid tickets using the HUDL FAN APP. If you plan on paying with credit card, please purchase your tickets IN ADVANCE and not when you get to the front of the line.

Handicap parking will be available for those with a valid handicap placard.

ADMISSION

That's right. Ten bucks gets you in to see all 6 cross country races starting at 7:30am with the High School races and then 10:30am for the Middle School.

You also have the option of prepaying using the Hudl Fan App. A convenience fee will be applied to cover the electronic ticketing fees.

GHSA COACH PASSES

If you are a GHSA Pass Holder, we will honor your pass for admission into the event.

SPECTATOR VIEWING AREAS

We have identified several areas that will allow you to view all of the racing action, including:

Starting Area
400m Road Crossing into Woods
1 Mile Marker / Middle School Field
MS Road Crossing into Woods
Lap 2 / Finish Split
Finish Chute

This is a GHSA sanctioned event and spectators are restricted from competition areas during the races. These competition areas are designated in the RED shaded areas in the map above.

For the safety of all our runners, the following areas are restricted to spectators:

Trails in the Woods
Trail behind Baseball Outfield Wall
Area Inside MS Field

Violators will be asked to leave the event without refund.

CONCESSION AREAS

We have invited several vendors to serve our spectating (and participating) guests:

Food Truck
T-shirt Vendor
Running Store
Snow Cones

The CHSXC BOOSTER CLUB will also be selling concessions and proceeds go towards the Chestatee Cross Country team.
