Event Schedule

EVENT SCHEDULE
Due to the amount of races AND trying to mitigate the high temperatures and humidity, we have to promptly get our races started at 8:00am.  We will follow a rolling schedule, but approximated start times are posted below.  Please make sure your runners are warmed up and ready to go when the last call is made.

6:30am Parking lots open
7:00am Course open for preview
7:45am Course closed & HS Coaches Meeting
8:00am Varsity Boys (5k)
8:35am Varsity Girls (5k)
9:10am JV Boys (2.1 mile)
9:40am JV Girls (2.1 mile)
10:15am HS Awards / Course open for preview
10:45am Course closed & MS Coaches Meeting
11:00am MS Boys (2.1 mile)
11:30am MS Girls (2.1 mile)
12:00pm MS Awards
12:15pm Teardown & Cleanup (Help Appreciated)
